Friday Quote + Quick Thought

Just a quick thought to begin the weekend.  We far too often become busy and life proves overwhelming.  For some, this combination of overwhelming feelings, obligations and failures seems too much.  Stop.  Take a deep breath.  Listen to your breathing.  Know that this all encompassing feeling is just for a time.

What is your overwhelming thought?

Write it down.

Cross it out.

Replace that overwhelming thought with something positive you know to be true.
